Joining a Microsoft Teams Meeting

The first time you click on the Teams link it will start to launch in your browser and present you with the following options:

• Download Teams (if you don’t already have the app)
• Join in browser
• Join in Teams app (if you already have the app installed)

Choose the option that suits you best then:

1. Type your name, if you are joining with your browser
2. Select your audio and video settings
3. Click “Join now”

You will be directed to a lobby until your trainer admits you to the meeting.

If you are unable to use the direct link provided, for example you are joining the video meeting from another device, you can use one of the following options to join with the meetingID & passcode.

• ES https://www.microsoft.com/es-es/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting

1. Click on one of the links above according to your language preference
2. Enter your MeetingID & passcode as indicated on https://www.e-exercises.com
3. Click “join a meeting”

The meetingID will be a 8 or 9 digit number, the passcode a mix of 6 letters & numbers.

1. Click on your Teams Calendar
2. Select “Join with an ID”
3. Enter your meetingID as seen on https://www.e-exercises.com/
4. Enter the meeting passcode, also found on https://www.e-exercises.com/
5. Click “Join meeting”

You will be directed to a lobby until your trainer admits you to the meeting.

2. Enter your name
3. Type the MeetingID
4. Add the passcode
5. Click “join meeting”

1. If not already done, log in with your account
2. Click on the “calendar” tab on the left of the screen
3. In the upper right, select the camera icon
4. Choose the “Join with a meeting ID” option
5. Enter the meetingID
6. Type the passcode
7. Click “Join meeting”
